2017-18 (Senior) : Appeared, and started in all 31 games during his senior season...He went on to lead the Great American Conference in made three-pointers during the year with 92 overall...Karim averaged 14.2 points per game, and was able to dish out 133 total assists...Mawueneyga was selected as an All-GAC Honorable Mention after the regular season as well. 
 

2016-17 (Junior) : Appeared in all 30 games during his first stint with UAM...Karim totaled 14.6 points per game, along with finishing second overall on the squad in assists with 131...He led UAM with 55 steals during the season as well...Mawuenyega earned himself an All-GAC Tournament selection after helping lead the Weevils to the GAC Tournament title game, and was an All-GAC Second Team selection as well...He also earned a First Team Arkansas Sports Network pick, and one GAC Player of the Week selection throughout the season.
