Biography

2011: Made 11 appearances as the Sunday starter for the Weevils in 2011… put together a record of 4-7 with an earned run average of 8.66… ranked third on the team in both innings pitched, with 53, and strikeouts with 34… earned conference wins over Harding and Christian Brothers.

2010: Ranked fifth in appearances as a freshman with 12, mostly out of the bullpen, earning four starts…  put together a 1-1 record in his freshman campaign at UAM during 20 innings of work, while fanning nine opposing batters.

High School: Three-year letter-winner for Coach Russell Whitiker at Brookwood High School... also played football for the panthers.

Personal: Son of Eddie and Renee Smith... born July 23rd, 1991... has one sister, Jennifer Smith... majoring in health and physical education.
